I'm a Warwickshire-based operator, extensively trained and qualified in property management. I run Armour Homes as a commercial short-stay business, not a side hustle. Every property is held to hospitality standards, inspected between stays, and managed with the kind of communication I'd expect if it were my own home.
I work with property owners on guaranteed-rent agreements, with councils and charities on emergency placements, and with contractors and workers who need somewhere decent to stay. The standard doesn't change depending on who's paying. It's the same roof, same process, same level of care.
Charity
Beyond property, I've raised over £2.5 million for UK charities. That includes NSPCC, Cancer Research UK, British Heart Foundation, Marie Curie, MIND, and many more. Fundraising is something I've done for years, and it's built into how I think about business. Armour Homes isn't just about turning a profit. It's about being useful to the community it operates in.

Community & freemasonry
I'm a freemason, and have been for some years. For me it's about community, integrity, and doing things properly when nobody's watching. The values line up with how I run the business: show up, do what you said you'd do, look after people, and don't cut corners.
I'm rooted in Warwickshire. I know the area, I know the people, and I'm building something here that I want to be part of the place for a long time.
Why Armour Homes exists
Short-stay accommodation is a growth industry, but most of it is run by people who don't care. Properties get trashed, owners get misled, and the people staying in them get a substandard experience. I saw that and thought: there's a better way to do this.
Armour Homes is that better way. Evidence-led cleans, photographic inventories, proper communication, and a named person who answers the phone. We're based in Warwickshire and scaling across the wider region. The goal is to be the operator that councils, charities, owners and guests all trust without having to think twice.
