�� Lost keys: Lost keys will incur a £100 replacement charge.
�� Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Any additional guests must be agreed with us and paid for in advance.
�� Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior approval and must be paid for in advance.
�� No parties or events: Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted at the property.
�� Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. The property is in a quiet residential area, and we ask that you please respect our neighbours.
�� No smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property.
�� Security: Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the property.
⚠️ Damage & maintenance: Please let us know as soon as possible if you notice any damage, faults or maintenance issues during your stay so we can resolve them quickly.
